Rick Stein CBE is an English chef, restaurateur, cookery book author and television presenter. He has written over 20 cookery books, an autobiography and made over 30 cookery programmes.

Anna Haugh – 10:30am

Haugh hails from Tallaght in Dublin, Ireland. She has worked with the BBC on a number of cookery projects, including hosting Saturday Kitchen and three series of Royal Recipes and more recently the revived series of Ready Steady Cook!
