Mitch Tonks
Mitch is a highly acclaimed award-winning seafood restaurateur, food writer and supporter of fishing and the industry.
He owns the award-winning Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth and 8 Rockfish restaurants in Devon and Dorset. He was named in the Caterer’s Top 100 most influential foodies, MSC Chef of the year and won a number of awards. He lives and works in Brixham where he has a restaurant at the fish market.
